SYLLABUS
In ENGL 392A Winter 2023, we explored diverse information design theories and practices, incorporating rhetorical analysis.
Projects and readings covered themes intersecting with contemporary information design discourse, such as designing for behaviour change, political persuasion, inclusivity, and AI's impact on information design. Diverse practicing designers provided real-life guidance.
By the conclusion of the course, we had developed a well-versed comprehension of social, political, and cultural aspects of persuasive information design.
